The most common trees that are attacked by fall webworms in this area are oak, hickory, or pecan. The good news is that while the webs of the fall webworm are unattractive, they don’t present an adverse effect on trees. They don’t feed on the bark of the tree but instead consume the leaves, which will grow out again.
